Processing time
Orders are processed according to your store workflow. WooCommerce order emails notify customers when the order is placed and when its status changes.
Delivery methods & costs
Shipping methods, rates, free-shipping thresholds and destinations are controlled in WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping. The options available to a customer are calculated at checkout.
Tracking your order
When tracking information is added to an order by your shipping integration, customers can use their order email and the Track Order page to follow the order status.
